touched down at around midnight this morning.
missing hong kong already.
the way to go in hk is really free and easy, tour packages are a no-no.
although more complicated than singapore, i dont think its easy to get lost though everywhere really does look the same.
dont think it is as dangerous as some people say la.
ha. we even got mistaken as locals cuz tourists asked us for directions.
and we actually gave them directions cuz we KNEW! lol.
i went up victoria peak on a tram!
first time i went up a mountain NOT on foot! hahah!
we walked a lot. the only time we took public transport was when we hadta get across the island to kowloon (mongkok/jordan/yaumatei/tsim sha tsui) cuz we were staying on HK island at the wanchai/causeway bay area.
the MTR stations are really cool! like them more than sg's somehow.
true that if u get out of the wrong exit u'll have to go back down,(and each station has at least 5 exits), but the signs were really clear so i dun think its really that easy to go out the wrong exit.
the symphony of lights show was qt disappointing. =(
food isnt really that ex la. dunno why everyone says that.
but things arent really dirt cheap.
haha. spent around 2000+ HKD tho.
left with 70cents HKD. not even enough for a toilet visit when converted to SGD!
oh yea. in-flight entertainment....
watched brokeback mountain there and perhaps love on the way back. haha.
the dinner on the way back was like super feng1 fu4. even had magnum ice cream.
going there further strengthened my urge to learn canton. hehheh.
their cartoons all in canton! damn cute.

i LOVE hong kong!

oh my NUS letter finally came. i got BizAd at NUS. but i think i'll still choose NTU over NUS la.
