it's time for...
2007 reflections!
hmm, i never do reflection posts but since i'm in the mood (after doing my dec mthly report), why not?
besides, i did a drawing of 2007 during cluster retreat on 29th so i can just translate that into words. (:

as i look at the drawing (horribly drawn because i cant draw for nuts & i'm serious about this) & my calendar, i realised that i forgot to include some things in my drawing! haha.

in 2007,
o1. baptism
i got baptised on 300307 & i remember the sunflower that the ntu people gave!

o2. salvation
namely, of my mother, my brother & amelia.

o3. academic results
yr1 sem 2's results were a little disappointing but it taught me to fully surrender my studies to God.
once again, i thank God for this sem's results. particularly happy for tax & accounting because i failed all the quizzes.

o4. overseas trips
- Korea!
i remembered that we got lost one night. audrey and i. walking along the streets of busan. haha.
- Hong Kong/ Macau!
once again, a trip with my travel buddy audrey (:
- Malacca!
time spent with the ntu people. got to know them more. the shortest trip but it was the trip which i felt i gained the most.

o5. camps
- NTU ODAC FOC. (the last event i joined with ntu odac. marks the end of my "career " with ntu odac. haha)
- SLTC Camp.

o6. events
School
- ATC 07.
it was a challenging time as part of the organising comm for ATC. lots of stress
- CurL 07
first time as a GL for such an event. need to know how to bond the beneficiaries and the volunteers which on my part, i think, can be further improved.
Church
- Good Friday Outreach.
first time doing icebreakers for a large group of people.
- choir
first time looking at the congregation from the stage. whoa.

o7. relationship
(:

many other things that i didn't mention like the various conferences and guest speakers which all changed my life a little.
seeing the family unity of the SJ tribe.

in the new year,
i hope to go on a family trip overseas &
exercise at least once a week. (my fitness really cui-ed since i moved back home. erm actually since i stopped oac trainings)
and of course, tmr will be the first day of reading a psalm a day (:

haha. im not one good at deep reflections because i somehow lose steam halfway.

and, i'm off! (:
countdown party later at expo!
